The latest release from Intrada is a two-disc, complete and remastered version of one of Jerry Goldsmith's biggest box-office hits, the 1985 blockbuster sequel RAMBO: FIRST BLOOD PART II.

Howard Shore has announced two upcoming CDs on his Howe label -- a complete version of one of his most chilling scores, for David Fincher's 1995 classic SEVEN, due on September 16, and the fact-based drama DENIAL, starring Rachel Weisz, Tom Wilkinson and Timothy Spall, on September 30.

Next week, La-La Land will release an expanded version of James Newton Howard's score for the 1996 thriller PRIMAL FEAR, with Richard Gere, Laura Linney, and an Oscar-nominated performance by Edward Norton, and a two-disc set of two animation scores by Frederik Wiedmann -- JUSTICE LEAGUE VS. TEEN TITANS and BATMAN BAD BLOOD.

DID THEY MENTION THE MUSIC?

7 CHINESE BROTHERS - Chris Baio

"Streamlined by a waltzy organ score by Vampire Weekend’s Chris Baio and made with an incredibly light touch, the film drifts by comfortably, deceptively setting up its characters and situations so as to seem dashed off and inconsequential. But in light of certain films finding wacky characters bobbing around on a seemingly improvised plot, this is a much more assured, technically sound and enjoyable film."

Charlie Schmidlin, The Playlist

THE TRANSPORTER REFUELED - Alexandre Azaria

"The action scenes here are comically dumb, the acting from Skrein and everyone else is billboard quality, and the movie’s awful little synth score grates. The setting is nice, but really, how many twisty French Riviera roads and luxury hotels do you need to see? At least the earlier films has Statham and his bullet-headed gruffness."

Joe Neumaier, New York Daily News
