It was more fun to follow that news a year or so ago with those "mysterious balloons" because every news source was on it and most of us could comprehend it was surveillance technology from nations outside the US.
We shot down some legitimate scientific experiments too. Probably cost the tax payer a million dollars per shot.

Presumably they did due diligence before shooting them down several days later. Any legit scientist had time to notify the gov.

Its my understanding they shot down some college scientific experiment without identify what it really was. Probably over reaction because some were complaining they weren't shooting enough things out of the sky and it made them look weak.
This theory fits all the facts yet the mainstream media is ignoring it!

One of the dumbest statements I've ever read on the internet over the past 3 decades years of using it.
At this point, the second coming of the Christ was probably already shot by some whacko in the US.
To be fair, Hey-zeus was an amoral hippie commie pinko. He had it coming to him, whether it was his first or second coming. America was founded on the Old Testament, not his latter day degeneracy. Reminds me, I gotta rewatch "God told me to" which I consider a documentary.

Cracking up at your comment and saluting you for your tastes. We were blessed with Larry Cohen movies, and that one of the best among them.
