Haven't heard the song since about 1998, but it has played on and off in my mind since that time. Hearing it again now reinforces its ear worm status for the next twenty years.
"San Francisco Days" is the Chris Isaak song about him being heartbroken and sad about having lost his woman. Thankfully, he only wrote this one song about that subject.
