F*** it. I’ll get the SACD version. I have no idea how I’ll play it, I don’t have a 5.1 setup and I’m not sure I’d even want to play a score out loud for everyone to laugh and point at me if I even did. But crappy telephone booth art be damned, I’ll fork over for SACD. Though I’ll admittedly be disappointed if this gets a digital release later on because I’d much prefer digital for this one.

Well it's Hybrid, so you can play it like a basic cd in steréo. I know - I'll be paying an extra $15 to use it as a CD :'(

From what I'm finding, there is no way to rip the higher-res version of the SACD layer, you can only rip the CD layer. If that is indeed true, it seems SACD is not worth it for me, given that I don't have a 5.1 setup and that I likely can't play the higher-res track (unless I use my PC's blu-ray disc drive and listen on headphones). In that case I would think CD is best and wait until there is a digital download of higher-res, if ever.
