I've never been one to dump on Varese owing to the incredible releases they've given us for decades, especially at a time when it was very difficult to do so. However, the whole Naxos business has convinced me to order my VS march from other retailers, Intradar in particular. More expensive? Yes. On the other hand, sterling customer service, regardless of fuck-ups or other problems. I consider the higher price as a form of shipping insurance.

Well, I ordered a Raggedy Man. If what shows up is a Robocop 2, I will be well miffed.

I sent in my order for Raggedy Man, RoboCop2, and Murder By Death fairly soon after the titles were announced on the 15 March. I have not yet received my shipping notice and on my account my order reads as "unfulfilled". I am worried as I really wanted Raggedy Man! Praying hard now...it's too late at night to go out and light candles, lol!
Still, I've always had good experiences with the old Varese and my last Order of June 2018 for The Cowboys, Small Soldiers, and Barefoot in The Park arrived safely and without me receiving a shipping notice either, so fingers crossed! I do feel sad for all the others posting here who have had problems, I hope everybody gets sorted out.
Really, in fairness, Varese or Naxos should address this situation properly and make some announcement, I can't believe that this situation has gone unnoticed by them.
