Hello everyone

2023 has been a very frustrating year for us. We started off with good intentions, taking a break releasing any new titles in the first part of the year so we could catch up on bringing out of stock items back into the office as well build a nice slate of releases we could dole out during the course of the year. However, for some unknown reason, approvals took forever...different processes occurred...elements couldn't be located and well, it's been a rough ride getting anything out for us in 2023...which leads me to this...we have a boatload of titles still sitting on the proverbial dock waiting to disembark. As it stands right now we have a dozen titles waiting for approvals. Half of these will most likely be moved to 2024.

Below is our plan for the rest of the year:

Sept 5 -- Star Trek TOS Vol 2 (cd release)
War of the Worlds/When Worlds Collide (cd release)

Sept 12 -- Scarface (Limited edition Vinyl pressing)

Oct 3 -- One title for sure...possibly 2

Nov 7 -- One title for sure...possibly 2

Nov 24 -- Our Black Friday batch...4 to 5 titles

This year we are going to do something different. When we announce our Black Friday titles starting at 12:01 am pst on Nov 24 the titles will be available to order, as opposed to the following Tuesday like we usually do. We hope to have all the titles in stock and ready to ship starting Monday November 27 when we get back into the office (fingers crossed)

During these months we plan on bringing in some out of stock titles

CASPER (LAST BATCH)
TWO MULES FOR SISTER SARA (LAST BATCH)
AI 20TH ANNIVERSARY (LAST BATCH)
X-MEN (LAST BATCH)

See you next Tuesday!

MV

Thank you again for everything and sorry it’s been a tough year. But you’ve definitely brightened mine. Gorky Park was one of the best clean ups I can remember. I got the three Arnold Bonds which were exceptionally handled. I’m sure I’ve ordered other stuff but that stands out to me of how well you’ve gotten me to partake in your work. And I’ll be first in line for Casper as well.

So a big resounding thank you to you all. Hopefully hearing this makes the frustration sort of worth it.

Ha! Hard to follow that one Josh.

But seriously, as I posted in another thread, feeling lots of gratitude for the riches our labels give us, even in a year such as this.

Dare I say it? Yes, I do dare so here it is:

Fingers crossed...for something else than all those endless 90ies reissues and expansions from always the same composers! Period.

Sorry you're having a rough year. But hey, thanks for all LLL does! Making dreams come true for over a decade. Ive recently been playing the expanded scores of An American Tail and Land Before Time. Truly the best of times!

Well, they were both Intrada releases. smile But anyway, LLL has produced some true gems, that's for sure.

Really?! F'K!
I'll have to rephrase my appreciation! I have 86 LLL titles, hows that for appreciation?
And that's just what I could afford!
