Some horrible gamesmanship from the Manc goalie.
Shouting in the face of the Coventry pen takers.
He got booked for it but it worked cos he put them off enough to miss.
Fkn twat.

Yeah I saw that. Ref sent him back to line but damage done and yellow card was meaningless.
I'd love to see misbehaving keepers sent off at that point - that would soon stop any nonsense.

Slot for Liverpool?

Arsenal thrashed Chelsea last night.

Wolverhampton Wanderers v AFC Bournemouth kick off 19:45
Crystal Palace v Newcastle United kick off 20:00
Everton v Liverpool kick off 20:00
Manchester United v Sheffield United kick off 20:00

Everton need a thrashing, but you can bet they will try their usual tactic of injuring key liverpool players thru out the 90mins to fuck up their title chances.

After palace murdered us, what's the betting they limply get done comfortably by Newcastle?

Looking very likely it will be Arne Slot for Liverpool. I can see why Liverpool want him, did well at AZ and Feyenoord, European experience, develops young players, his teams play a similar way to Klopp. Apparently that was the main issue with Amorim in that his teams play with 3 centre backs and 2 holding midfielders, meaning a large overhaul of the squad which Liverpool weren't prepared to do after investing in a new midfield last summer.

I just hope Slot doesn't bring in players who look decent in the Eredivisie and end up nowhere near Premier League level, like so many in the past.

Hopefully someone at Liverpool will have read your warning thomas n taken heed. It's very common for managers to bring in what they feel comfortable with. Look at Erik ten weeks, got that useless lump of striker in last year, n was never a manu player. He wasn't even strong enough for their women's team lol

Ref in the Liverpool match having a shocker. Everton constantly playing for free kicks to hoof the ball into the box, and he keeps buying it. Idiot. Nunez woeful as well, can't hit a barn door.

Yeah his misses have been very costly for you last 2 months. You can miss half chances in a game, but can't afford to miss good chances. It bites you.
If Diaz post had gone in, different game.

I ran out of patience with him some time ago, I dread seeing his name on the teamsheet now. I have a theory that he actually can't play football. All over the place and his first touch and finishing is terrible, and he's constantly offside. I hope someone somewhere is stupid enough to buy him this summer.

I think this is where liverpool have lost edge.
Salah waning now, Diaz puts a shift in, nunez wasteful n erratic.
They aren't Salah, mane n firmino.

Yep. Two horse race now.
We were always just clinging on these past few weeks/months, and you can't keep scoring last minute winners before you run out of steam or luck.
Atalanta and Palace games showed the start of the descent.
Last night's result was gonna come at West Ham or Aston Villa anyway, but the blues get to parade their 3 points trophy around the city in May. Open top bus and everything.
I can see Salah going to Oil City for about 100 million and Van Dyke is on the slide.
Diaz is apparently already tapped up to Spain.
The new manager is gonna need to buy 4-5 TOP CLASS players for defence and attack (midfield looks pretty sorted).
Be interesting who sticks around with the likes of Alisson and such like.
The Kids look alright.

You are the one club with a host of kids who can already play prem level with little dip in ability, Elliott, Jones, Clark, n the new right fullback is superb. Can't think of another club with that.thats one Klopp legacy. He brought them thru n wasnt afraid to chuck them in tough games.

But yeah u will need new manager recruitment campaign.

Hammers apparently interviewing 3 managers n deals agreed in principle with 2. Please god be true. Moyes aht. He is a problem. Both with recruitment hampering Steidten, scared style of play, and decisions during matches. Plus he has created a bottleneck of youth where they get no further than benchwarming but never get on.

4 wins in 21. With Paqueta, kudus, bowen, alvarez, areola even antonio, how can he make us so shit?

I'm sure yooz will bounce back on Saturday against us, just to hammer that nail in our title coffin.

This season's really fizzled out over the last couple of weeks. In every competition.

Brighton seem to be trying to go toe to toe with Manc City. It hasn't worked out well...

This seems a very strange thing to do, to be manager of one club and announce that you hope you can be the manager of another. I'm not sure the Feyenoord supporters will be too impressed...

I can only assume Leeds were as useless as Liverpool the other night, judging by that result.

We were. I saw Leeds get thrashed at Loftus Road several times when I worked down south in the 90s, so no change there.

Still, there’s an easy way to do things, and a Leedsy way. We do like to make things tricky for ourselves.

Finished Liverpool 2-2 West Ham. Very surprised at this winless run from Liverpool. Can Klopp not get anything out of them just because he's leaving?

There was some tension on the touchline between salah n klopp. Salah furious about something. Dire first half. Liverpool looked deflated n demotivated and west ham worse. 2nd half improved, Liverpool came out sharper, got 2 goals, had chances to make it 1 3, 1 4, 1 5 n then hammers got an equaliser.
Can't say hammers deserved point or will do anything with their point. Lucky if we finish 9th.
