INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF DESTINY---director James Mangold commented again on sequel rumors , "'One more time. No one is "taking over" or replacing Indy or donning his hat nor is he being "erased" thru some contrivance— and he never was, not not in any cut or script — but trolls will troll — that's how they get their clicks."'
THE CHRISTIE AFFAIR---Daisy Ridley will star in the miniseries based on the novel about the true disappearance of Agatha Christie for 11 days in 1926 after her husband's adultery was revealed. Ridley will play the mistress, Nan O'Dea, of Christie's husband.
BALLERINA---Keanu Reeves commented on the JOHN WICK spinoff movie starring Ana de Armas as an assassin seeking revenge, “So the film BALLERINA, that Ana de Armas stars in, and being directed by Len Wiseman, it's already started filming, and it takes place between JOHN WICK CHAPTER 3 and JOHN WICK CHAPTER 4.”
He added, “Someone killed her father. Who could that be? And so it’s her journey [to] actually understand her past. She lost her father at a young age, and she doesn’t really know what happened. Only that someone came into the house and killed her father, who had a tattoo. And as we know in JOHN WICK, if you have a tattoo, something’s going on."
THE WALKING DEAD: DARYL DIXON---Norman Reedus commented on the spinoff series set in France, "The spin-off will follow Daryl as he wakes up and finds himself somewhere on the European continent and tries to piece together what happened. How did he get here? How’s he going to get home?”
SAS: ROGUE HEROES---BBC renewed the series for Season 2.
BATGIRL---co-director Bilall Fallah commented on if he and Adil El Arbi would return to Warner Bros. after the studio cancelled BATGIRL, “Yeah, we’d still work with them. But on the condition that the movie comes out. I mean, if Warner says ‘do you want to do the next Batman or Superman?,’ of course we’ll say yes. Just so long as the movie comes out!”
Arbi said the co-directors would be interested in a BATMAN BEYOND project, You know, maybe in the future…when Batman is not being made by Matt Reeves…. BATMAN BEYOND is really super cool. And I just saw that and thought that’s really badass. So who knows? Maybe in the future one day if they ask us to do that, we wouldn’t say no. But you can dream, right!"
MARJORIE FINNEGAN, TEMPORAL CRIMINAL---Ruben Fleischer will direct the movie based on the time travel graphic novel.
TRIVIA--Italian actress Luciana Paluzzi became famous playing Bond Girl/Villain Fiona Volpe in THUNDERBALL which led to roles in many tv shows and movies. However, besides THUNDERBALL, she is perhaps best known for co-starring in the Japanese sci fi movie THE GREEN SLIME, "I participated in a signing where the stars sign photographs and autographs, and the second-most requested photo, after the James Bond movie that I did, was THE GREEN SLIME. It’s very strange because I’ve done so many more interesting films in France, in Italy, in Spain, in the United States, all over the world, and THE GREEN SLIME was the second one. The fans came with posters that they wanted to have signed. So I guess it’s a cult picture."
