Glory, Red Heat or Field of Dreams please. Is there any music missing on these releases? From Glory, yes! Some nice cues too. Any examples? A while back, I posted a very different sounding "Charging Fort Wagner". So, that could be an alternate for instance. I haven't seen the film in a long time, and I've never seen the whole thing (a bit too cloying for my taste). Glory has a significant action cue that wasn't even used in the film (and wasn't on the soundtrack). Is there a clip of this cue available?

I'll add my voice here as well. GLORY is my top most-wanted expansion. While the original album is fine, it could benefit so much from a re-master with today's superior tech. GLORY falls as one of the most important scores to me. I was introduced to the movie and its score by my high school Civil War teacher, who was trying to get me to pursue a degree in history and get into the hobby of Historical Reenacting. He had worked on the film, and even gave me his copy of the shooting script. While I already had a few soundtracks (mostly Star Trek and Star Wars), this one opened a whole new world to me and made me explore other works from the different composers as well. GLORY is a hugely significant movie in historical circles, and I can think of at least 3-4 dozen people who'd snatch a rerelease of this score in a heartbeat. Not because their soundtrack collectors, but because of of the profound impact the movie (and its score) has made to them. And that's just the people I know here in Ohio.

How about a soundtrack to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Oliver Stone's "The Hand"? Shout Factory has just released it on Blu-ray for the first time. Unfortunately only in stereo. I was hoping for 5.1 mix like "Wolfen", also from 1981.
