Received this today already in Norway! Cant wait to check it out!
It came with a replacement disc for DISC 2. Seems like some of the CDs had trouble playing or something.
Did you order yours directly from Music Box? I have mine on order from Intrada so I'm wondering if they'll send them replacement discs for when they ship out their pre-orders.

Just received my copy with the replacement disc. I ordered directly from MBR. Listening now the original CD2. No problems so far. I play the CD from my iMac.
This is such a gorgeous score, I've listened to both discs multiple times.
A question:
- Is all the content from the 4 Yared tracks on the soundtrack album included on the new Music Box album?
Obviously, the entire FYC disc is reproduced on disc 2, but I seem to remember when I compared the soundtrack album with the FYC back in 2004 that there was music within the four album tracks NOT on the FYC.
The commercial soundtrack album contained four Yared tracks:
Anthem - 3:24 Ada Plays - 3:18 Ada and Inman - 5:03 Love Theme - 3:40
"Anthem" on the soundtrack album appears to be the FYC track "Cold Mountain Anthem."
However the other three don't match any tracks on the FYC or the Music Box album.
Ada Plays is longer than the version on the FYC and the other two tracks are either combinations of multiple cues, or unique album arrangements.
Is there anyone involved with the album who knows?
I agree, this score finally got the treatment it deserves. And what a beauty it is! Thank you MBR! Now if only they could get their hands on 'City of Angels'.
Finally got around to listening to this marvelous score. A thing of beauty. Ultimately, this is the kind of score I am always looking for, with those lush strings and beautiful full orchestra sound. It's a shame you don't hear this more often.
