So I thought that, while there is a "Keep" thread going strong on the other side, there might as well be an all-purpose thread on this side for the whole "Pilots" box contents in general.

It will probably be some time before I'm able to get it myself, but I'm very interested in reading what anyone else has to say.
Comments, speculations, praise, criticisms... it's all welcome.

So, has this set even gone on "physical" sale yet or is it still just download-only?

I own the physical boxset and it’s glorious. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I’ve listened to everything at least twice.
Aside from Thief, everything else on here was new to me and I mostly love what I’ve discovered on there.

I bought the set mainly for the album of The Keep and the premiere release of “The Soldier”

The Soldier is just a knockout score from beginning to end and the sound quality on this and the rest of the set is top-notch.
That Ski Chase cue is the kinda TD stuff I adore. So I mostly listened to Soldier at first.
I was initially disappointed about the Keep album containing nothing new, but then I started listening to the concert stuff (like Logos) and my disappointment was gone. I didn’t realize half of the music from The Keep is just stuff from their concerts - and now I have it in incredible remastered sound.

The Keep album does have some gems on there too. All combined with the concerts and albums - - it’s a pretty good representation of what was heard in the film. Moorland from Tatort was also kinda used in The Keep.

Risky Business also has never sounded better. That’s been getting lots of play. Same with the remastered Thief.

I now have my sights set on the previous boxset that I didn’t get “In Search of Hades”
