If tying in with Halloween, a Deluxe Edition of Christopher Young’s The Dark Half would also be fantastic.
Of course what I want most is a definitive complete edition of Goldsmith’s The Other and Mephisto Waltz (restored film mix with all correct overlays, a la the Planet of the Apes treatment)

This would be great but is it possible with current elements/rights situations? To clarify, I'm not assuming those situations are prohibitively complicated beyond the fact that I would assume these would have come out by now if they weren't.

Oh I have no idea if it’s possible, but I’m just sharing my hopes. And those hopes found new life this last year when LLL worked with both Fox and Varese to put out a definitive Planet of the Apes — that’s all I want for Mephisto.
We do also know that the complete score for The Other survives because it was released a few years ago as an isolated score track on the Twilight Time Blu-ray.
This isn't really Varese's territory, but they released 9/30/55 a few years ago - and the second of October is two days after the 65TH Anniversary. A weird idea, but stranger things have happened...
