Yes, it was a combination of that and the death of his mother as I recall.

Yes, it was a combination of that and the death of his mother as I recall.


The equally ferocious MEPHISTO WALTZ was written around this time as well. It was not an amicable split. Glad to see she found sobriety and ended up living a long life.
