Arrived: Planet of the Apes (Goldsmith: Intrada) (I already have the excellent Varese) Beneath the Planet of the Apes (Rosenman) Battle for the Planet of the Apes (Rosenman) (this I downloaded from iTunes as I couldn't get the CD copy that was linked to the Conquest .. score) I see a pattern... Michael, have you already got the missing titles? Does the double-CD from La-La Land, from the TV series, interest you (Schifrin et al)?

Coming in: Days of Heaven (FSM/Morricone) Casualities of War (Morricone, not many options on CD) Ghost and the Darkness (Goldsmith/Intrada) Magic (Goldsmith/Varese) Light at the End of the World (Piccioni)...The Quartet release looks really nice, but I went with GDM. They're both expensive but it's great music so... An Ennio Morricone: Dario Argento Trilogy Lonesome Dove Basil Poledouris (Sonic Images)

The Egyptian (Herrmann & Newman) Jules Verne's Rocket to the Moon (Scott) Genghis Khan (Radic) E.T. 35th Anniversary Edition (Williams) Revolution (Corigliano) the River Murders (Toprak) ...arrived today. Phew. Those'll keep me going for a bit. Now, which to start with? You might get one heck of a lot of enjoyment out of that Egyptian (especially the La La Land). The one really pays off with repeated listens.
