Right now we're actually getting the remnants of a North Sea storm called 'Ellen' here in the South of Norway. It's raining cats and dogs at the moment; very intense. But I kinda like it, as long as I'm able to stay inside.

Shitty all day, so far. The last hour of posting it was pissing down. Years of experience told me, at one point, to shelter under someone's porch for a few minutes, til it abated a bit.

Has the winter snow melted yet? smile

AQ was lousy today. 192

Yesterday AQ was okay, but it was orange. There were some sidewalk lights that stayed on, it was so dark. It was like being inside V'ger all day.

I live in Seattle, so it's...smoky.

Mark, I live in Eastern Washington and the smoke here is thicker than fog. We are not suppose to go outside.

Pretty much the case here. It's so hazy that I can't tell whether it's overcast or sunny skies today!

Then it was beige the next day. Couldn't see 10 blocks. Like being on LV-426.

Next day, AQ was above 200. Stayed inside.

Today the library is closed on account of AQ. Dang frown

Not so bad on the west side of LA today, but still not great. Crazy times.

Typically pleasant for south uk in september.
Not much rain for about a week and we got sunshine.
But not silly hot like it was in early august.

Right this exact moment, It's 92°F, sunny, mild. A beautiful day, just about perfect weather.

Becoming a nice little scorcher in my north west Hamlet. Just finished work before it becomes too much.

Aye, Saturday was quite nice, when we went to a Surprise Birthday Garden Party, but Monday and today have turned it up a notch or two.
It's like Summer again! In Liverpool.
Sunny blue skies. Sit out in the Garden weather.

But now it's started to cloud over. Still warm though.

So are you burning up or drowning today? Those are generally your two options.

At 9am this morning, I was outside picking some avocados from Ye Olde Tree at the Phelps Dacha. No wind whatsoever, sunny, and a temperature of 30C/85F (feels like 36C/98F).

Not even my cool Hawaiian shirt and shorts ensemble I was wearing kept me from breaking a serious sweat.

Having said what I did earlier, it is now pissing down. Still quite warm though.

My day off and it's pleasantly sunny. Reasonably warm ( shirts sleeves in garden, as I write). Just letting a nice breakfast go down.

Addendum - peace and quiet smashed. Next door neighbour has found an electric drill to play with.

Yup, the sun's out in London, I'll have to get out there & enjoy it while I can, the forecast is that it's getting colder as the week goes on.

Read 'em and weep, Phelpsi. It's 92/33 and a serious wind is blowing hot.
