Hey Tall Guy (and maybe a few others), remember Timmer? (Timmeister.) He used to post here often, and I believe he lives in Brighton.

I'd love to have him post here if he is a football fan. I'd love to see him post at FSM on any topic as I miss that fun British Bloke. Hope some of you have heard from him.

I think Timmer does still post occasionally but I can’t actually remember the last time I saw him here. It was Bristol rather than Brighton, and I don’t recall him ever mentioning footie. He used to work out a lot, as far as I recall. Good bloke.

Thanks. Oops, Bristol sounds correct. He posts so infrequently that I became a bit worried.

Apparently the wankers in black hav been told to consult pitchside monitors from this weekend in cases of cards.

The biggest problem with Var in England has been because of one man. Head ref Mike riley. Because they are coming at var from stopping it ever undermining a refs decision rather than seein it as a help, which truth is the human eye cant be expected to get live stuff 100% spot on - this is the cause of most of the problems. Any other sport wouldve welcomed it, put it up in the big screens, involved the crowd, let the ref check his decision, and stop worrying about causing riots (which are more likely as theyve got it now - look at rice handball n crowd reaction at sheffutd).
Var will eventually force a change in the silly offside law bcoz it was never meant to be a toenail or a knee offside it was about a perdon being beyond the last man and gaining an advatange.

Finally a journalist has been smart enough to link the player Everton with Everton. How hilarious! No flies in "fleet street" smile

Lampard dismisses Ross Barclay to hammers on loan rumour. This is what happens every window...hammers linked with all n sundry, big names, all sorts...and then when it comes to it, we end up with only something like a championship player like joe allen.

Weirdly victor moses is only on loan at galatasaray, he was great for us and a much underrated player. Not sure why they didnt retain him nor why they havent gone for him now. Inter apparently interested in him but only on loan.

Spurs saved a Watford penalty. 0-0 with five minutes to go. Jose looks very human these days.

Another loss for Leeds - I was them three times at QPR in the 90s and we got stuffed each time and usually had a player sent off. This time the only goal was worthy of Thierry Henry. By which I mean the scorer handled it not once but twice before putting it in. How can both nearby officials miss two handballs?

And then we have a weak penalty saved. Why is Bamford taking them with Pablo on the field? Pablo then hits the post with a free kick. Subsequently, and presumably frustrated by the QPR time wasting and rolling around in agony when they’ve been brushed, Kalvin puts the final nail in by a stupid challenge and gets a red so he’ll miss the next three games.

Very unsatisfactory. We need a striker and apparently are after Che Adams but Southampton aren’t letting him go.

Yes poor result for leeds and bad timing with fulham winning last night and closing gap.
Radio said shockingly obvious handballs.

Typical, hammers go 1 up and 4 mins later let that very average n overrated lump calvert lewin equalise.
Sad state of affairs when im happy to draw home games!!
Today we need a win, however spawny
Still expect a late everton winner
