I was finally able to pick up the The Miklós Rózsa Treasury that I had long wanted (along with Goldsmith's Twilight Zone: The Movie, and William's Black Sunday.)

Sort of your Neilbucket list, eh?

So did the Superman boxed set finally sell out a while back? Looks as if I did the right thing buying a copy a couple of years ago.

Not only did it sell out, but as I recall a second limited run was done and that sold out not too long ago as well. And Lukas posted earlier in this thread:
But some will be repressed, and one big one (the blue box) will hopefully return as we have the hardcover books in stock, just no slipcases.

So, hopefully this one isn't going anywhere. And it appears that's so far no lack of buyers.

Well, Smuli. I recommend that you follow the EDT (eastern daylight time) timezone during spring and summer and the Eastern standard time during winter.

Having rethought this, didn't this sale actual end at noon EDT, not noon EST as advertised? Should a little Finnish smuli (or big bastard, as I was called in another thread) know when to search the net for EDT and when EST is the current time?
Or am I beating a dead horse?

Shalom All Around.

Anyone got their shipping conformation?
It's already 3 working day (if you count Sunday - 4), since I placed my order - still nothing...
Damn exchange courses go in wrong direction since that day - I hope my wallet will not lose too much...

Monday was a national holiday in the United States (Memorial Day), and SAE was probably swamped with orders since the sale was announced, so I'm not surprised if shipping takes a few days longer.

Well, I knew that the first Superman pressing sold out a few years back. My copy of the set is from the second pressing. It was the second pressing I was referring to.

I ordered on 5/22 and got my shipping confirmation today. They are probably swamped after this sale.

You go to:

http://www.time.gov

You follow the directions and you should see your time. Then use the arrows to go to the other standard time you want to see, to see what time it is there currently. Then you'll know how many hours ahead or behind you are and can calculate accordingly. It's not hard.

Likewise one could simply skip last-minute purchases and purchase shortly after the sale begins.
