Hello! I just received my box but can't transfer what's inside the USB to my iTunes! Moreover when i try to open it just a little window appears with a tiny pic of what i suppose to be a cover of one of the cds The USB is full but can't access what's inside. I have a Mac Please help me! Thank you I don't have it in front of me right now, but from what I recall, I had to first drag 'n' drop the files to my desktop and then drop it all into my iTunes. (I have a Mac as well.)

I recently purchased an Elfman-Burton box set, and I had the same issue... I own several pc laptops as well as a brand new macbook pro... When I plugged the usb into my pc, all the files were there and the nifty music player app/virtual zoetrope worked just fine. But when I plugged the usb drive into my macbook, though I did get a skeleton head icon for the drive...when I opened it, no files or folders were visible...and there was no automatically started program. ?!?!?! When I explored the drive on my pc, there were folders with mac files in them...so I tried to figure out what the problem must be. Some of the mac files were labelled PPC...which I think stands for Power PC. There was a program called Rosetta which allowed mac users to use programs that were built on the Power PC platform. They stopped supporting it sometime after March 2011...which would go a long way as to explaining why the usb thumb drive doesn't work... Now, we all know that there are hidden files and folders on our pc's and mac's...here is a solution for you... "Show Hidden Files on your Mac Launch the Terminal (found in /Applications/Utilities/) and enter these commands exactly as shown. The first command activates the ability to see the hidden files: defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE (hit return) Now you must relaunch the Finder by killing it, this is how the changes take effect: killall Finder (hit return) If you want to hide hidden files again (those preceded with a .) and go back to the default Mac settings, you can just type the following: defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE (hit return) Again you will need to kill the Finder so that it can relaunch for changes to take effect: killall Finder (hit return) That’s all there is to it! (From osxdaily dot com) <- felt like I should give credit to the site that I copied/pasted That's it! All files and folders from the USB Drive should now be visible, you can open the music folder and copy all of the folders of music to your mac! If anyone can confirm my Power PC suspicions, please do! I'd love to know if there's any way that I can get the usb to actually WORK on my macbook! Also...First Time Posting! YAY! ;-) Hello! I wish they'd release these separately. All I really want is BEETLEJUICE, and that's definitely not worth $600.
