BTW, Disney let go of the DVD/Blu Ray license of these films. They are now in new hands and have been re-released at considerably lower prices if you haven't gotten them yet.
Good to know. I still have my older Japanese R2 DVDs., but I'd like to get the domestic blu-rays at some point.

In 2003, Miyazaki also directed a 13 minute sequel to My Neighbor Totoro called Mei and the Kittenbus. Unfortunately the only way to currently see it is to travel to the Ghibli Museum in Japan during one of the months where it's the featured short. I hope they'll eventually release it on disc along with all the other Ghibli museum shorts, cause I can't really afford eight trips to Japan to see them all.
