Rather than open myself up to clickbait, what I do is type the lure-words into a Google search. Very often, my curiosity will be satisfied on the results page alone without having to go anywhere. And if it's a real thing, a "legit" result will usually be there if I must know more.
Jim, I read it so you don't have to: The article title is absolutely click bait. Mom and son were caught hiding in a secret room at grandma's because of a custody battle. Even the legit journalists at ABC are guilty of sensationalizing it. (Also, the story is 9 years old.)

I was afraid of it being some virus thing! Also... while you're referring to me as "the clickbait king", I want to clear something up... it's NOT my intent(Nor has it ever been) to "click bait", but if you think about it, if the title of a thread doesn't pique a person's interest, they aren't going to click on the thread! I mean... you can't post your entire question in the subject box!
