The Star Trek shows LLL has been putting out score releases for are like a quarter century old. Buffy is almost the same vintage. Those are “new” in your view?
With the Universal deal any chance for Psycho III ? Never released on CD and album missed a lot of music. It remains my favorite score from Carter Burwell, very unique.
Metoo about THE STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO... Guess it wont happen..instead another damn cheap DC..Buffy..StarTrek ...Marvel..or other new tv stuff.
Arghhhhhhhh
That's truly uncalled for. Ever think that maybe those "cheap" projects sell so we can take the time and money to restore the classic stuff? No, you didn't and frankly I'm sick of all this bashing that happens on anything we release that is popular. We spent alot of time and money on WWW and even at 1000 units we have yet to sell out of it after a year. But you know what -- I have this crazy feeling in less than 6 months you are gonna be singing our praises. Hell, I'll put money on it.
As a fan of all eras (well Beethoven-onwards anyway...) I must say your comment fills me with some excitement MV.
Here’s hoping you guys or Intrada can make Columbo releases happen eventually...the complete scores for the first season + two pilot films would fit snugly on one two-disc set...
I really regret my post..sorry for being such a spoiled consumer ass.I mean it and hope you accept it. I totally understand your point! Maybe my stupid post was of some help though..you made your point and your anger hit the spot. So again sorry and thanks for all your efforts and great releases so far!
...one more ..by "cheap" I didnt mean it regarding your productions...I meant it in an artistic sense which of course is also stupid for its all a matter of taste. So again..hope you will accept my apology. Keep on rockin' MV. Best
Well... I guess..and that is no excuse for the bashing and moaning (..also by myself ) but it is a forum of true soundtrack lovers.A lot of passion here. Therefore some over reactions from time to time. Its not an amazon forum..its one where people not only can post statements about their favorite composers and scores, top ten lists or what so ever , but I have the feeling its also some kind of a speakers corner for us And much more, because we all know that producers attend it from time to time, people try to state wishes. But you are right..it all should be in a polite way. Thats why I take part here. It´s the only forum I attend because of you fellow afficionados. And because of such great people like James..Doug..MV etc.etc.
Why does every listing have a disclaimer in bold, "THIS IS A COMPACT DISC RELEASE"? Isn't it obvious or do you actually get complaints from consumers who think their purchasing a vinyl record?
BTW, sound samples load fast again. Don't know if it was your site or my shitty ISP.

Probably due to there being some really stupid people out there.
I've just ordered Pet Sematary (I'm surprised it hasn't sold out yet); and received an email saying it's "Awaiting Fulfillment". I'm assuming it means that the order itself is awaiting fulfillment and that the item is in stock? Or are they awaiting fulfillment at LLL?

It means we are closed for the weekend and will ship Monday
