I ordered Ferris Bueller from Screen Archives at Noon on September 13. As of right now, 13 days later, the order is still in a PENDING status. I contacted Screen Archives last week and was told they were still waiting for stock to arrive from La- La Land, that they should have it by Thursday, 9/22. I contacted them this morning and was told that there is a delay with stock arriving from the pressing plant, that it could be another week before they receive anything. I seem to recall reading a couple of you guys receiving your copies over the last week. I guess those were fulfilled directly by La-La Land. I sent an email to La-La Land this morning asking if they had any stock to sell but have yet to receive a reply. Has anyone else received their copy?

They were sent their stock last week. It's always best to order directly from us for fastest delivery. Customers who purchase directly through the website get sent out first before wholesale orders MV

They probably sold more than they expected that's why your waiting, MV said sales we're flying on Ferris. Over 1600 on our website alone for the first few days. We had a great problem to deal with. MV

They were sent their stock last week. It's always best to order directly from us for fastest delivery. Customers who purchase directly through the website get sent out first before wholesale orders MV If SAE was sent their stock last week why are they claiming you informed them of a delay? You guys need to get your stories straight. Perhaps you could check in with them, see where the confusion lies. I'm sure a lot of people are waiting for their CDs. It's only their #3 bestseller. Frankly I think it's kind of crappy you wait to send your retail partners their stock only after you've fulfilled your direct orders. When a product has a specific street date, it should be in stock and ready to ship across all sales channels. Especially when SAE makes no mention of any kind of fulfillment delay when ordering.

La La Land informed us this morning that they have yet to receive the stock from the pressing plant. They have stated that they should receive it this week. It will take about 4 days for us to receive it from the day they ship it to us. Sometimes delays happen in the pressing process that can delay titles arriving to each entity. Why then would someone in your office tell SAE today that you have yet to receive stock from the pressing plant? Someone's confused. You know, I'm a big fan of your label, but if you're going to fill all of your direct orders first, what's the point of even having retail partners? Why not just make your product exclusive to your site? It sure would save a lot of needless waiting. I order through SAE because I've had an account there for 10 years. It's just easier having every label's product in one place and I've generally never had to wait for more than a week for La-La Land items to ship. Certainly not two. Couldn't you just send a case on ahead of time so they're ready to go when the street date hits? Just a thought.

Confusion happens in any business. Further more, a postal employee will tell you they can't actually gurantee three days. They sure as hell gurantee a charge for the service, but most of the time it gets there in three days. In Hollywood they might say the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, and in states across America some might say "Shit happens" Get over it.

Very happy for LLL, of course... but could somebody please explain to me why a CD like this is selling more units than some of their other recent releases?! * I'm asking this without any sarcasm at all, I just don't get it...
