I've kept this album in my Amazon basket for a number of weeks but am reluctant to spend a tenner or so on it given I have a number of the tracks and there a a few I don't particularly want.
The reviews suggest it's an excellent compilation and the sound is good.
I laugh at the one review re: Cleo Laine & Ray Ellington's take on John Dankworth's We Should've from his score to Modesty Blaise described as ...music-hall-obnoxious ... and ... the only must-press-"skip"-immediately track in this collection.
If you like spy music, believe me, you will want this. There are a number of rare tracks, like the 45 version of "Ipcress," the Miracles B-side "Come Spy With Me," and, as they say, many many more!
