Gee, I can't imagine why the folks at LLL would want to take a break, especially after that amazing Mission: Impossible set, and before the upcoming Lost in Space set...
Now that I've gotten that out of my system, LLL's Last Boy Scout and move to LP with Invasion are really making think about whether I need to pay rent or not next week. Damn you guys. LP's are how I really want to build *my* further collection. Not CDs. The digital can exist as file for me at this point as long as there's a physical backup. LP seems more future proof. Plus they sound better. To me at least.
Looking over the list of LLL releases, it would be great to have vinyls of Michael Kamen's Lethal Weapon Soundtrack Collection. It'd be pricey but if mastered correctly for vinyl it could be breathtaking.
And I hope to order the new LLL The Last Boy Scout this weekend, if there are still any left.
That wouldn't exactly be practical. Cutting LP masters and pressing a run of LPs is very expensive. Then there's the issue of LP space versus CD space. Each set would be 11 LPs.
The complete scores are out there. We beggars have been given very much this past decade. I don't think vinyl versions of things already on CD are something that would be very profitable for any film label, especially for a box like that.

Fine, just the first Lethal Weapon (1987) right off the bat then. More later as financially viable. It's one of my favorite scores of the 1980s and probably my favorite cop film score.
It seems that there may be as many as 12 releases coming in the remainder of 2015 that we know about:
1. Lost in Space (12 discs) - October 2. Golden Age release LLLCD1333 - may come out this year 3. LLLCD1335 - would have been an anniversary release had it come out in 2014 as planned, may come out this year 4. LLLCD1350 - MV said this may end up as a Black Friday title 5. The X-Files Volume 3 - meant to be out this Fall 6. Other X-Files release - I believe it was stated that there would be more than one X-Files release this Fall 7. Arrow Season 3 (2 discs) - October 8. The Flash (2 discs) - October 9. Delayed James Horner title - MV said we were originally supposed to be getting one in August 10. Star Trek: Voyager - rumour was floating around that this would be released this year 11. Star Trek: Enterprise Volume 2 - see above 12. Other Star Trek release - I have a feeling that a third Star Trek title was also said to be in the works
Beginning to wonder if one or more of the Star Trek/X-Files titles will be reserved for Black Friday or 2016. I guess we'll see. I personally would love to see another DC animated title from the BTAS universe released this year.
Oh was Flash and/or Arrow announced? Blake Neely has become one my favorite composers this last year. The Flash is my some of my favorite TV I've seen in a while. Great show for the kids too.
Good point about LPs and Box Sets. I imagine LPs as a going forward thing, not a reissue thing. The format doesn't make sense for every release. Although a Big Trouble in Little China LP would probably be a huge seller.

The Flash was announced on Film Music Reporter as up for pre-order on Amazon, and Arrow Season 3 discovered right after that.
REALLY hope Kamen's LAST ACTION HERO is on someone's radar. Prob Lala. Gave this a listen the other day and one of Kamen's finest. I know there is a wealth of unreleased material in the film too.

"We just got artwork approval on one Horner project and he signed off on a master for another one just last week."
I'm assuming "Searching for Bobby Fischer" was the one signed off on, unless that isn't counted and we still have two titles by the composer coming from LLLR's.
