Man, as cheesy as it is, I'm really diggin' "They Won't Get Me" from Superman III. I remember it from the scene where Gus looks in the window at the mannequins and scoffs. Boy, this takes me back.
Jeez, this thread almost gave me a heart attack...
I'm glad this isn't sold out (yet) but it does made me realize that I need to buy this soon.
Ditto, just been waiting for a quiet month to pick this one up. Don't know how many of the second pressing are still available but I hope there is plenty of warning if/when stocks get low.
And yes, this threadbump did make my pulse go a bit faster. Very naughty
Not sure how many are left. I suspect there are still plenty though since the Blue Box hasn't appeared on Lukas's low quantity alerts, but still, don't let this happen to you...
When someone asks "what's your Holy Grail soundtrack release?" the Blue Box gets the nod (Zod?). I treasure this release and when I got it, something strange happened… My passion for finding scores cooled. Now I take them as they come and pick and choose what I buy, but it's I finally got the main reason I'm into scores in the first place and little else will be as satisfying to me.
It's actually nice not to obsess over "what's next" and to enjoy the results of years of acquisition.
Hey folks! Only 50 copies of the blue box left in stock at Screen Archives. You don't want to miss this box set and then regret it later. It really is a great set for people who enjoy the Superman film music. Hurry, hurry and buy it now.

Wow... 50 left eh? Peoples, if you haven't picked this one up, you can't wait...it is wonderful. An obvious labor of love and a beautifully assembled set, with the best liner notes I've read. It isn't just Williams' original score that is the treasure but as many have noted, Superman 4 is a revelation, a fabulous "lost" score that stands outs and compares favorably to the first film score.
