I don’t care if it fits any clues, I want The Jackal and Surviving the Game, dammit! They’re 90s!

You guys are all way off base. I think the term "bio" is throwing you off.

James

Oh so "bio" as in biology? FernGully: The Last Rainforest!? Meh, never mind, that's early 90's.

Ed Wood would have fitted the clues if it had not been expanded before. Maybe there's some music left be released...

I'm going to vote Nixon given Intrada's relationship with Disney...

Nixon was released by Hollywood Pictures, one of Disney's Live Action studio labels (along with Touchstone) back in the 90s. It's about the only bio-pic I can think of from the mid-90s which would warrant a 2-CD treatment that would sell pretty well since it's a John Williams expansion.

I very much enjoy the 47-minute CD of the original release. An expanded/complete Nixon would sync up nicely with the long-anticipated JFK from La La Land.

You just did all that thinking for nothing, pal - Roger already said no to Nixon.

Mark McKenzie's Frank and Jesse, expanded from the label's original release.

Am I close?

Hell, even if I'm not, we're due a McKenzie release.

Intriguing idea - and one of McKenzie's best scores by far!

From Doug:

It’s the 90’s and Disney… actually Touchstone to be more accurate, but who’s counting? For our purposes, they both come from the same “mouse house” today. I write of our next new CD release, available this coming Tuesday, October 16. It’s a world premiere with an hour of fantastic music from a fantastic composer. Artwork, contents and sound samples will be posted here tomorrow eve.

Hmmm...

Sounds like Animation as in Disney "Mouse House' i.e. related to me. Hmm.

Now Roger says that the delayed title is actually in stock now after all, so what was that to be, Another Stakeout? I wouldn't say mid-90s for 1993, either, but time is different on that coast.

Another Stakeout is Disney, 90s and Touchstone, so I assume the 'bio pic' is now delayed a fortnight and Rubinstein's Another Stakeout will be released this Tuesday. Roger did give us a sample of this one earlier this year following the composer's passing.

So the biopic is basically Nixon...but Another Stakeout? Glorious. One of my favorite Rubinstein scores.

To my knowledge they don't have any animated titles under the Touchstone label. Maybe Roger Rabbit was Touchstone? But that's already out.
