Nice to see that the end credits will be on the CD. It seems that the CD will be packed.

Judging by the track titles, the reboot will have the same sort of ending (in feeling and mood) as the original, except Gwen will know why they can only be friends.

A year ago, I was totally against the very idea of this reboot, but I've been liking everything I've been seeing since 2012 started!

"A Beautiful Mind" had five pianos.
"All the King's Men" had four.
"Flightplan" with five, some prepared.

When considering his direction is scoring as of late, I am more inclined to think along the lines of his current action scoring style with darkness as in "Flightplan".

76:53 of score including both main and end titles in this day and age with 4 cues over 5 minutes and hardly any under 2? Yes please!

Looking at the running time and how many tracks this album has. As well as it having a main title and end credits has gotten me pretty excited for this but as much as I'm looking forward to this score and film. I'll only pick it up if I'm impressed by it in the film. B/c there's so much potential for this score to be great with it being a Spider-man movie and it being different from the previous films. So hopefully Horner keeps it mostly fresh on this one. And writes something brilliant and not something I've heard in dozens of his films. I do expect to hear his trademarks but hopefully not something that'll distract me out of the film. I am looking forward to this score though cautiously.

And no songs either. Is there going to be a VA release as well, or is this it?

I'm sure if you asked him really nice, he'd cut you a check for all the residuals you've lost.

I'm sure this was done, not out of spite but as a preventative to keep us all from rolling our eyes.
