This 1988 release didn't hit CD until 2008, when Collector's Choice Music put it out. In addition to music from "Growing Pains," the album also has the only recording of the "Spenser: For Hire" Theme, which later showed up on a 2000 Rhino compilation CD.

Death Wish. 1974 Herbie Hancock.

Quite a score the funk + atmosphere layered electronics, its a nice relaxing listen, but moody in patches maybe Hancock's best.

Alex North runs hot and cold with me, but this is wonderful. Great sound, too.

On this 1976 release, suites from MYSTERIOUS ISLAND and JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS share side A, while side B is devoted to 3 WORLDS OF GULLIVER. The latter is called "Gulliver's Travels" on this tape, which was made in England for export to the U.S.

First time ever listening to this score (seem to remember it getting bagged on back in the day)...it's obviously not a patch on TMP or V (or even First Contact), but it's still a Goldsmith Trek score.

While I prefer many of the other Star Trek scores, I like Nemesis. Not sure why it gets panned so much.

As for me right now:

The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring The Complete Recordings - 48 kHz/24 Bit Blu-ray stereo on the OPPO UDP-205

Don’t know how to post a picture but all smiles!!! smile
