Hoping someone can help me out. The 1991 release Henry Mancini - Music From The Films Of Blake Edwards seems quite ubiquitous--used copies are easy to find. But I can find little actual information about it. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the source of the recordings. Are they actual soundtrack cues? Recordings taken from Mancini's various own re-recordings? From somewhere else?

I think the two confusing items on this disk are the two final tracks which have been licenced from Warners and M-G-M. All the others titles are from the RCA catalog.
