Here's a performer still active who plays Mozart as well as anyone I've ever heard - Mitsuko Uchida. Lots of clips online, and here's her current site. (And more than Mozart of course.)
And one of my favorite current pianists, especially playing Bach and Ravel, is Angela Hewitt, who records on Hyperion mostly. Here's a couple of clips that also remind me a bit of Forest of Piano, which we are also watching on Netflix.
