STAR WARS---Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Iger said the STAR WARS franchise will take a break after RISE OF SKYWALKER, “We have not announced any specific plans for movies thereafter,. There are movies in development, but we have not announced them…We will take a pause, some time, and reset…Because the Skywalker saga comes to an end with this ninth movie. There will be other STAR WARS movies, but there will be a bit of a hiatus.” Iger said he will step down when his contract expires in 2021.
Also, Disney changed the title of the original 1977 movie again. STAR WARS: EPISODE IV-A NEW HOPE is now STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE.
THE MANDALORIAN---the Mobquet Zephyr-J outer rim speeder bike prop used by Pedro Pascal in the tv series was revealed.
KILLER'S GAME---Dave Butista will star in the DJ Causo movie based on the novel about a hitman who hires other hitmen to kill him after he thinks he is dying. When he discovers he is not dying, he must stop the hitmen he hired from killing him.
NCIS---CBS renewed the series for Season 17.
THE WORLD ACCORDING TO JEFF GOLDBLUM---Jeff Goldblum is the host of this Disney+ docuseries about, "a world of astonishing connections, fascinating science, and a whole lot of big ideas".
HANNA---Amazon Prime renewed the series for Season 2.
LAKE SUCCESS---Jake Gyllenhaal stars in the HBO miniseries based on the novel.
GOODRICH---Michael Keaton stars in this movie about a man and his adult daughter who team up to raise his nine year-old twins after his second wife leaves him.
HADRIAN'S WALL---movie underway based on the comic book. Creator Kyle Higgins is the writer/director.
LAST OF THE MOHICANS---Cary Fukunaga will write the script for the tv series based on the novel with Nicole Kassell as the director.
WANDER---Aaron Eckhart stars in this movie about a unstable private detective who investigates a murder in the town of Wander which leads to a conspiracy coverup which caused his daughter's murder.
TRANSPARENT---Jeffrey Tambor's character, Maura Pfefferman, will be killed of in the finale. Tambo was fired after allegations of sexual harassment which he denied.
TRIVIA---WITNESS (Harrison Ford, Kelly McGillis) was originally written by William Kelley and Earl W. Wallace as an episode for GUNSMOKE in which Marshall Matt Dillon travels to an Amish farm to find a murder witness.

Regarding A NEW HOPE:
What are they going to do? Remove "Episode IV" from the opening crawl now?
It is funny, I didn't realize it had any other names. I just call it "Star Wars".
