In my humble opinion if you are a film music enthusiast this should be in every person's collection. There are so many wonderful themes and great music in this set. In my top 5 scores in my collection!
Been after this for ages. Even wrote to Intrada about if it would be back in stock. They replied they didn’t know. I don’t understand how a label that puts a title out can’t tell you about a stock situation. I’m sure there’s a good reason that I’m too stoopid to grasp. :-)
I have the album release and really love it. Should I get this before it sells out? Does the full score make for a decent listening experience? I generally am not a C & C fan.
This is really a wonderful release. I bought it as a blind purchase when Intrada released the CD set, I must confess it has been one of the best purchases and I have many CD’s.

There is approx. 35 minutes of 'unreleased' material. I estimate about 10-15 minutes of that -mostly suspense and chase dues- are thematically different enough to warrant the label "new"

The headless Mombi “Dooooorrrrooootheee Gaaaaaale!” cue is worth the price of the set alone!
So, I have an extra copy of this (available for trade if anyone is interested). It is in new/sealed condition. I attempted to list it on Amazon in new condition, but according to Amazon "1 letter from Live2Pedal authorizing you to sell their products" is necessary to do so.
As per this trademark registration page, Live2Pedal sells Audio speakers and Bags for cameras and photographic equipment. Among many other things. There is a long list, but the list does not include audio CDs.
Intrada Records sells on Amazon under their own name. Is it possible Live2Pedal is another ID used by Intrada Records? Or possibly an ID used by someone associated with Intrada? If not, why does Amazon think the "Return to Oz" soundtrack is the product of "Live2Pedal"?
I informed Amazon that I did not believe that the "Return to Oz" soundtrack was the product of "Live2Pedal", but they did not reply specifically to that assertion. Instead they simply reiterated my need to get permission from "Live2Pedal" to sell "their" product.
As per the link above the current trademark owner of "Live2Pedal" is ChengYu (shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.
A Google search reveals the following information for this company... Shenzhen Chengyu Electronic Technology Co. Ltd Address: Liuxian 2nd Road, Baoan 71st District City: Shenzhen Region: China State/Province: Guangdong Zip/Postal Code: 510080 Phone Number: (86 755) 33034591 Fax Number: (86 755) 29111996 https://www.globalsources.com/si/AS/Shenzhen-Chengyu/6008846067968/ContactUs.htm
It does not appear as though this company has anything to do with Intrada... so why would they claim that "Return to Oz" is THEIR product? Unless Amazon is mistaken and no such claim has been made.
