Even with an additional 16 minutes or so of music the film score is less than an hour long. That's kinda surprising. I won't be able to order this until late tonight or tomorrow. Save me (2) a copies!

If I remember correctly, the "Titanic: The Essential James Horner Film Music Collection (Film Score Re-recording Compilation)" album had a version of "Charging Fort Wagner". It was not on the original soundtrack.

I wonder if it (Fort Wagner) will be the same version Silva recorded, many years ago, on one of their compilations (like when they had a different GOONIES version sent to them too)?

Fingers crossed!!! I think they didn't record it. This could be a close cousin to the film version. Oh well another 3 hours before we the final answer.

Goddamn, even in the middle of a crappy work day and even in truncated samples this music still makes me teary.

As with most Horner expansions these days, I'm just as excited to hear the sonic boom boosts as much as the new/additional music and alternates.
This will be mine.
Great job LLL.
Looks GLORY-ous.

WHOA…. Where did that action track come from? Don’t even remember Battle for Grimballs Landing… was that a deleted scene? Outstanding!

The scene is in the movie, but it plays without score there.

Same situation as "Second Flashback", "Our Time", "Promise Me" and "When Do You Want Us?"

Jason, thanks for reposting the promotion shot, it's appreciated.

Would anyone else have preferred the source cues to go on disc 2? Leaving the complete score as it's own listen?
A minor issue, and something that uploaders don't need to worry about, but it comes up often enough for me, getting snapped out of the mood by the sudden arrival of a marching band.

A release that will, nonetheless, carry me for the rest of the year.

Prokofiev, Battle on the Ice, from the film Alexander Nevsky, that's where.

Oh, that's not what you mean.
