I'm just countering the nerds who are jacking off to the teasers/trailers with the same footage rehashed and now the most recent 15 second clip already declaring the film amazing.

So your negative opinion about a thing is created entirely by others being positively excited about this thing, not by any actual properties of the thing itself. Got it.

Totally.

Those who cry out "IT`S GOING TO BE A MESS!!!!" either

a) have no idea how movies are made and scored,

b) desperately hope to have something to be angry about,

c) want to be right later on and feel superior to have uttered their "concern" before.

Don't you understand? He's performing a valuable public service by spreading negativity based on nothing! Without him, where would we be?

You'd still have me, for one.

In reply to that last link from the Hollywood Reporter. Williams has earned his place as a master and a genius at creating some amazing music through the years, and not just Star Wars obviously! He has more awards than I could count. He has more adoration and respect than most normal "celebrities" from what I can tell. He doesn't need another award to prove how awesome he is!

That certainly seems to be a plausible track listing given what's known about the plot. One of the Disney execs seemed concerned about the track listing spoiling the film, but there's really nothing too spoilery in there. Certainly no, "Qui-Gon's Noble End".

Seems like a generous track list. Hope we get at least 80 mins! wink

I liked the interview with Lucas, he's right to be sure. Best to walk away and let them be.

The tracklist seems kind of bogus to me. Isn't the first track a slightly modified version of the first track on STAR TREK: INSURRECTION? All the other track names seem to reference information that has been on the internet for a while. I'm calling BS here.

Seems legit to me, based on everything I've heard about the plot details. Seems to follow the chronological events quite nicely.

If it's legit, the reference to Insurrection could be JJ's idea, as he directed two Star Trek movies.

That's exactly why it seems fake to me. It feels like someone just read the same info online that you and I have read and made up track names based on that info. And if it DOES follow the events of the film chonologically, then that's a bit unusual for a modern era John Willliams soundtrack album too.
