A third Batman movie by Tim Burton. He was asked not to return after the box office 'failure' of Batman Returns. Since I love both Batmovies done by Burton, I would have loved to see a trilogy. However, that would only really work if they shot the original version of Returns' script, where Max Schreck was Harvey Dent, who was only scarred at the end, to become Two-Face in the third movie. That could have been great. Or perhaps a third movie based on a different idea. BTW - Schreck was great!

Three more Leone/Morricone Dollar films made during the summers of 67, 68 and 69, overriding whatever crap Eastwood waz doin as long as he had time to fit in Where Eagles dare 1 and 2 and Leone still fitted in Once upon a time in the west!

The Incredibles 2. Pixar is making a sequel to frigging Cars, but not The Incredibles?! YES! That film deserves a sequel so badly.

THE IN LAWS-79-They should have made a series, remake was not as good.

A proper "Men In Black 2". We ignore the two sequels and pretend those never happened. "Willow 2". The magic and charm of the first film, minus the stuff I've read about the sequel books.

That could have been great. Totally agreed. Would have been great to have. I love Burton's 'Batman' (1989) as well. In fact, I think it's the best "superhero" film made. It's the only Batman film I've ever enjoyed, I thought 'Returns' was just a bit too strange and leftfield, even for my tastes. But yeah, wish he had another go at it.

Ya know? As bad as the first film was.....I wanted a sequel to Lost in Space. With the same actors. Just so they could fix everything that was wrong with the first one. With Bruce Broughton continuing and expanding that magnificent theme Agreed (only I loved the movie). A sequel was something I really wanted...until I listened to the DVD commentary and the plans for a second movie. Actually sounded pretty awful. Oh, addressing the original post from like 3 years ago, Master and Commander was NOT a hit. It failed to reach its production budget at the domestic box office and while the worldwide box office did help it exceed the initial cost, it still didn't make enough to warrant a sequel. A shame, I liked it a lot.

I can't believe I forgot: "Galaxy Quest 2". The cast worked, the campy-like feel worked, and David Newman's score was great fun and a sequel with another score by him would be great.
