While Futurama was still on the air, I began to widen the realm of the television show with what I thought would be exciting adventures for the futuristic characters. After the show was cancelled my interest waned and the stuff that I did was buried in the dark depths of the internet. All of the artwork was done on PhotoShop. I did print out some of the best stuff into poster format which is now on my walls as a reminder of my brief stint as a cartoonist.
FWIW, as I've been a member here for aeons but only visit occasionally and post rarely ... though I did drop a couple of submissions into the 'alternative covers' thread ...
Wow, I went though every one of your creations. I hope everyone does the same. Some are hilarious, some are touching, some are wry and some are dark. All of them are amazing.
My favorites are the dogs, "poor posture" and Little Luke before and after his adventure.

Ta, that's very kind of you! My problem is I can't draw anything I really want. And I can't maintain a style. Which is a problem. I haven't drawn anything in months, so I'm due a spurt of drawerin' soon. I would like to do a kids book or something one day.

Not having a distinct style has always been my problem. That's how one make a name of themselves as an artist. I'm kind of a Jack of all traits, but expert at none.
solium, was that a real ad that ran or just a proposal to get the job?
Very nice, by the way.
Yes, it was a real "email" ad. I did around 10 or 20 for the owner of the online shop. My previous job I created email ads for the automotive industry, done hundreds of them.

Start drawerin' that kids' book - perhaps the subject could be the adventures of Little Luke?
