Which director established solid collaborative relationships with composers Jerry Goldsmith and Basil Poledouris? Paul Verhoven, John Milius, Franklin J. Schafner, Quentin Tarrentino Though John Milius also worked with both Goldsmith and Poledouris, so I'd suggest maybe using another director's name. Excellent question though!

Good point, However Milius worked with Goldsmith on just The Wind And The Lion. Verhoven had the pleasure of working with Poledouris & Goldsmith for 3 films each Flesh+Blood, Robocop, Starship Troopers & Total Recall, Basic Instinct, Hollow Man Now those are what I call Solid Collaborative Relationships! Wouldn't you agree? Keeping Milius' name just adds to the trivia fun and depth to the question. Hunter can choose to make it easier on his database though.
