Unless they start from scratch with an orchestra.

Although not orchestral, Dead Calm by Revell is rumored to be unreleasable--and that's a shame.

FAIL-SAFE (1964) is a lost cause. No sheet music, no tapes. frown

- To Kill a Mockingbird, due to rights issues previously explained here.
- Raise the Titanic, due to missing tapes.
- Damnation Alley, due to missing tapes.
- a number of complete Tangerine Dream scores (Thief, The Keep), due to Edgar Froese refusing to release them.

Didn't MR Kendall say a long time ago, no FLATLINERS-90- which would be a shame since it was such a beautiful score.

Of course there's an existing album but didn't M.V. say the complete Alien 3 score was in no condition to be released?

I think multiple people have said that John Williams refuses to allow a release of his score for The Sugarland Express.

Though I don't recall much music in Sugarland Express. Would make a good release coupled with say The Rare Breed.

Here is a link to where Williams score has the most impact.

The full Terminator 2: Judgment Day score doesn't seem to exist anymore, hence why Silva only reissued the original Varese master.

Spider-Man 3 Copyright issues?

I've also read that (due to the fact that the film had three composers along with Elfman's reused cues and it would probably be a bitch to tally up the royalties for each). To date, the only CD release for the score has been a promo of the few minute Deborah Lurie recorded.

A few more I remembered: Scary Movie 2 and Red Eye. The former is already near impossible due to the 15 composers that worked on it but it enters the impossible territory in that Marco Beltrami refuses to allow his few cues to be released (he hated the rush job done on it and felt it was among his worst material). On the latter, Beltrami had a score CD canceled as he felt it was a lesser work of his.

Something tells me, A&C, they're not complete- do you have the album of I?
