Let us not forget -- and in its original British version -- ONE MILLION YEARS, B. C.

The current DVD from Fox is a travesty.

I believe that the laserdisc of "One Million Years, B.C." was the complete British version, making the truncated DVD all the more depressing.

Fright Night Blu is now sold out!

Anybody know what the status is for Mysterious Island? (Close to sold out?) I want to pick one up for my Dad for his birthday.

Any chance of NICOLAS AND ALEXANDER?

The Pioneer Special Edition laserdisc of "Nicholas and Alexandra" had the score isolated in mono on the analog right channel of the disc. So, maybe at least that score track could be included on any Blu-ray (although a stereo music track would be preferable). Was the film itself ever shown in stereo?

the laser was actually missing some footage including the intermission music. The d included the entire roadshow presentation

We've talked about this in an earlier thread, where I posted the ad below.
It clearly shows that "N & A" WAS presented in Stereo......at least in our neck of the woods !

That's correct, the LD was intact. The R2 DVD released by Warner also used the British cut though with PAL speedup it runs four minutes shorter overall. The R2 also had a bonus interview with Raquel Welch not on any of the US releases.
