Regarding the unaired pilot of Kildare, I noticed for the first time while scanning the liner notes of the CD an error in the description, which says that the unaired pilot would have had Lew Ayres, the movie Kildare playing Dr. Gillespie. In fact, Ayers was reprising the part of Kildare as an older man so it was meant to be a continuation of the movie series.
Notwithstanding this, scanning all the booklets for easier reading (and through one person's generosity even getting scans of the Blue Box book) have offered a nice reminder of how the FSM releases remain the gold standard of liner notes for CD releases. Even those titles that were later reissued with improved results in sound and more tracks often came up short in the notes by comparison.
