Okay, time for a new thread spotlighting the lovely females of a classic TV show! And for this long-running series, the best place to begin is with the one woman to grace *every* episode from start to finish in the 12 year run. Model Elizabeth Logue was seen every week in Reza Badiyi's classic opening title sequence.
Nicely done, Eric. Talk about a small world. Using DVD Capture at my former job, I captured some shots of Anne Helm from the first scene you selected and sent a print out of said captures to a p.o.box for Anne Helm I found on the internet. No response.
So far your batting average is three-for-three, HooRaq, and looks like you've got anudder winner!
As for the heretofore unknown (but extemely fetching) Anne Helm, she ain't any long-lost relation to you know who, or lost sister for the Slaymates, is she? ...
No but, Corinne Cole, pictured amongst that august group, did sign photos I sent her and is very friendly. She's the gal who tried to kill Matt in his circular bed.
Well I have an InterVideo WINDVD4 player that came with my computer originally, but I remember having to pay something like $40 to download the software that would "unlock" the screencap feature and give me access to it. Screencaps are done at a default size of 640 x 480 which is fairly good, albeit in the Windows .bmp file format, which takes up more disc space than .jpg. Invariably, I resize the caps where appropriate and convert them to .jpg so they become easier to upload to Photobucket and then link to here from there in these posts.
I'd like to think that other DVD player programs might have the feature built in, or if not, that the cost for the software to get it is lower now after a couple years since I got it.
This image must be burned forever in the minds of countless guys; I think there are millions of American men who will always have unrequited love (or lust) for this woman -- and until now, I never knew her name!
There are fortunately a lot of Five-O buffs (I admit to learning this detail from them), who in this age of the Internet can make that information available to us, whereas in the past for decades we indeed could only have wondered what her name was.
Barbara Luna makes such a big impression in "A Thousand Pardons, You're Dead!" that she requires a multi-post spotlight! (This is probably her best TV guest shot of all time)

Not having seen all of her guest spots, I'd have to say that this appearance & "Mirror, Mirror" are probably tied for Luna's best guest spot.
Back in the 1970s, I saw a 60 MINUTES interview with HAWAII FIVE-O co-star Kam Fong--he was some sort of bigshot in Honolulu before he was on tv. They showed his daughter who was very striking and even more attractive than Logue. Apparently she got her looks from her mother.
In "Face Of The Dragon" (S1), Nancy Kovack doesn't play one of the larger-than-life roles she's best known for like Medea or Nona, but even as a doctor in charge of preventing a plague outbreak, her glamorous allure still shines through.
As always, a face to die for!
She enjoys giving vaccination shots to McGarrett's men.
Come on Danno, when Nancy gives the shot, you should be more enthused!
Only Nancy could make a surgical outfit so stylish.
This was one of Nancy's last acting roles. After appearing in "Marooned" that same year, she married conductor Zubin Mehta and basically retired, returning briefly in the pilot movie for "Ellery Queen" (billed as Nancy Mehta) and an episode of the short-lived David McCallum "Invisible Man" series.
