Listening now to the Varese release of FRIENDLY PERSUASION and I am completely transfixed. “Thee I Love” surely has to be one of his loveliest melodies. Thank you Bruce for executive producing such a treasure of a CD!
In order: 1.) THE FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE 2.) STRANGERS ON A TRAIN This one ,in my opinion, would have been a better rerecording than DIAL..its a more complex and thematic score and might have sold much more.... 3.) THE ALAMO 4.) THE GUNS OF NAVARONE 5.) LOST HORIZON
and I really dig THE THING but only the Charles Gerhardt version
