Tonight I watched episode 3 of Hazbin Hotel and heard this bit of music at 7 mins 47 seconds. I'm almost certain it's inspired by a piece of classical music, but I can't for the life of me find the piece it reminds me of. Can anyone hear something familiar in this and identify the piece I'm searching for?

Sounds a possibility. Though it may be a variation if it, from elsewhere in the ballet.

This sounds right, although it reminds me of Hitchcock music by Herrmann or Williams.

That's the one! I love the conductor's intensity here. Thanks so much Mikey!

Funny thing is, the first thing I checked was Nino Rota's Romeo and Juliet. I'd completely forgotten about the Prokofiev!
