Thanks for the warning. There have been a few other threads about elitesoundtracks over the years, all of them negative. How anyone who operates in such an unprofessional manner stays in business is beyond me.yes??They sold me Jaws 2 advertising it as the Intrada release when I got it,it was the bootleg copy ????Having said that the bootleg was excellent sound wise,But won’t buy anything from them again.YES!!!! Avoid them!!!!

That would make perfect sense.
In seriousness though, I did contact a couple people at Lucasfilm a few years ago due to them selling fake Star Wars "expansions". Last I heard they were looking at getting the site taken down.

They also con people into buying desriable products like the apparently complete MOONRAKER.
However, all such bootlegs inevitably end up being simple rips of the official CD padded out with Silva Screen recordings, Erich Kunzel recordings, MIDI mock-ups, so-called "back channel" audio rips from DVDs or BluRays, or some combination.
Avoid.

I never ordered anything from them, and thanks to your shared experiences and warnings I won't in the future. It's interesting to note they don't offer PayPal, which does have fairly good customer protection.

Problem is..... if he has them in stock, he sends them to you. Seems simple. It's how things should work after all.
But... he regularly lists items he doesn't actually have, takes your money, and hopes you'll just forget about it. Communication is appalling. And then after multiple un-replied messages, he gets aggressive and abusive with you if you try to leave a bad review. PayPal disputes all over the place.
He also sells boots.
Sometimes people get lucky, like you Kev. And that's annoyingly enough to keep him in shady business!

One of the things that is a seriously a red flag is that they do not specify which release (edition, label) of a soundtrack it is they are offering.
