I've never had a problem with BuySoundtrax and I buy from them 3 or 4 times a year, probably. There was a situation once where a CD was missing from an order but they sent out a replacement within a week of notification.
Good news! La-La Land Records responded to my second email and have confirmed latest purchase has been shipped.
It looks like I tried to create a new account when I already had an account with them so that is my stuff up. We are working out how to get password access back to my account.
