My bad. I thought that changing the title would allow this thread to come up in the search engine when one searched on "Lollobrigida". It doesn't. Apparently this thread is forever locked in the FSM Board's search engine index as "R.I.P Gina Lollobridgida". Even the added "(for bob) isn't part of the indexed name. Type in "Lollobridgida" in the search box and see.

This may explain why the search engine sometimes fails to turn up threads that people swear should be there. If an important key word in the thread title was changed after the search engine indexed it, the revised title won't pop up in the results.

The way to get to this particular thread is to search on (1) the misspelling of the last name, (2) on Gina, or (3) on Gina Lollobrigida without quotation marks around the name.

Some people have an auto spell checker.
You have me.
The safety net for retired postmen who should know better.

You've just gave me a mental image of yourself- sitting on the couch , phone in one hand, can of beer in the other.
And wearing a string vest. Just think Onslow ( Mrs. Bucket's inlaw) smile
