I like Rey's theme but I think its overrated. It's charming as hell and its hummable. But the composition is rather simplistic.

Rey's Theme for me, but with an honorable mention to Rise Of Skywalker which seems to me to be Williams' emotional farewell to the saga. Both pieces pack a lot of emotion.
