THE TERMINAL LIST---Chris Pratt commented on a Season 2, “To the rabid fans of THE TERMINAL LIST out there, you have nothing to worry about. We love you and appreciate your support. It’s our life’s mission to make sure you can come back to the well. We are working away.”
Author Jack Carr added, “There may be some cool stuff on the horizon being discussed.”
GODZILLA---FANGORIA magazine posted a video of John Carpenter watching a movie with what sounds like Godzilla roaring. The video tags film distributors Shout Factory, Scream Factory and streamer TokuSHOUTsu which led to fan speculation that Carpenter may be involved in future releases of the original Toho Godzilla movies. This might include Carpenter providing commentary on the original movies, hosting a Godzilla movie marathon or a future release of his short film GORGO VERSUS GODZILLA which he filmed when he was a film student at USC. Other fans suggested Carpenter may direct a future Godzilla movie.

JAMES BOND---Pierce Brosnan was asked who should be the next James Bond, “Who should do it? I don’t care. It’ll be interesting to see who they get, who the man shall be. Whoever he be, I wish him well. I saw the last one, and I saw SKYFALL. I love SKYFALL. I’m not too sure about the last one. Daniel [Craig] always gives of his heart. Very courageous, very strong. But…”
1923---Jerome Flynn (GAME OF THRONES) will play the Scottish leader of the local sheep farmers in the YELLOWSTONE prequel that stars Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.
HORIZON---Jeff Fahey has joined the cast of the Kevin Costner epic about the settling of the West during a 15 year period. His role was not disclosed.
CLOVERFIELD---Babak Anvari will direct the fourth movie in the monster movie franchise. No plot details were released.
SPREAD---Elizabeth Gillies and Harvey Keitel will star in this Tubi comedy movie about an aspiring feminist journalist who gets a job at a fading adult magazine, SPREAD, and its fading publisher.
MUFASA---director Barry Jenkins commented on THE LION KING prequel, “I think you’ll see a ton of familiar faces. It is a prequel, but again, it’s a prequel in the sense that these are all the same characters, but we’re telling you how they came to be who they are. So we’re literally going backward. We’re going back in time with many of these characters. We’re in the present, as well, but we’re also going back to tell who these characters were.”
He added, "Mufasa is the king, the greatest king of the Pride Lands, and you assume he got that way just because he is, and I thought the studio and Jeff Nathanson, who wrote the script, did a great job of really exploring how people become great, how people come to be these mythic figures we look up to.”
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST: A 30TH CELEBRATION---the ABC/Disney+ live-action/animated musical will star H.E.R. as Belle, Josh Groban as Beast and Rita Moreno as the narrator. Martin Short is in talks to play Lumiere, and Shania Twain is in talks to play Mrs. Potts.
TRIVIA---Jason Momoa commented on his 2011 movie CONAN THE BARBARIAN, “I’ve been a part of a lot of things that really sucked, and movies where it’s out of your hands. CONAN was one of them. It’s one of the best experiences I had and it [was] taken over and turned into a big pile of sh*t.”
