I didn’t see this score discussed before, was it?
Guy Farley was clearly asked to do The Ipcress File for the 2012 British 1960s caper comedy, Hot Potato.
Today on my blog—the problem with film score TEMP LOVE!

This has been discussed before. When i first heard it maybe six years ago I thought it most resembled The Knack--the strings and xylophone. Plus, the overall sound brings to mind CTS Studios, Bayswater. Wonderful hommage to Barry.

Yes, definitely in The Knack mode. A little Ipcress hint though via the (synthesised?) cymbalom.
