I didn't take part in the Varese sales, but I've indulged in LLL and SAE sales and got my CD's in three days each. And I'm on the opposite side of the country. Hmm. LLL is based in Southern California and SAE is in Virginia. So where are you that would be on the opposite side of the country? In all seriousness, I finally got my order from Varese, which I had placed on the first day of the sale, on Saturday. I also placed a second order a few days later that should (hopefully) arrive in the next day or two. To be fair to Varese, I did oder it to be shipped by media mail, which tends to take a couple of extra days.

Just checking in to see if I am the last of the ones who have not received their CDs. I ordered on May 20. On June 3 I was told that one of the discs I ordered (Ender's Game) was sold out. I said that's fine, refund the money, and send the rest. Never heard back, or got any refund. So checked in again via email this week (July 12). Earlier today I received a note saying that another CD "Knight Rider," was sold out, and would I like something else instead? Told them I would like a refund on that, and also reminded them I was still waiting for a refund from a month ago. Fingers crossed ... It's been 1.5 months and I still have not received my order. If anyone has any advice, or any contacts I can reach out to at Varese, I would be most appreciative. I still haven’t received my order, but under different circumstances. It was originally shipped out on 6/3. Made it to the Dallas Regional Facility on 6/4. On 6/8 the tracking updated to a non-descript “In Transit” status and never updated again. I gave it two weeks because it was media mail, then contacted Varese. I was told they had to wait until the end of the month to do anything about it and not to worry because they had plenty of stock to “replenish” if the order had to be resent. After July 4th weekend I contacted Varese again, and that time they sent out a replacement order. The replacement order is currently two days late, but is still updating at least. I’m hoping it will arrive tomorrow since it’s currently in Atlanta. I know it’s the fault of the USPS that I didn’t get my first order, but I’m still not happy with the situation on Varese’s end. Waiting a full month before considering the shipment lost is excessive, even with the current state of the usps.
